Is there such thing as an easy to use guitar tuner that lets you select a setting and tune the guitar to that?

Is there a tuner electric guitar lets you choose a setting as a standard B and instead of the standard tuning can tune to B standard? I want one that can choose any adjustment and that lets me adjust to that.

Korg makes some tuners like I'm pretty sure. I knew a guy who had one who could choose from hundreds of different tunings, and I'm pretty sure it was a Korg
