Need help learning to play the songs on guitar.?

I've been playing guitar for a few years now but have not yet collected the ability of power to hear a song and then figure out how to play guitar. Does anyone know if there are software programs from which you can play a song and says through the notes actually played? Before anyone suggests that scores, much of the music I want to play guitar is difficult to find the sheet music.
