How to read music for guitar chords and notes

In order to play the guitar, you need to learn how to read guitar music. Learning and understanding it may seem complicated but once you get used to it, it is actually quite simple and can be done in a breeze.

To play music guitar, you must first understand the basic chords and what they are. A guitar chord is a sound composed of different notes being played on guitar. Once know the chord formation can then start building the chord progression patterns to play a decent song set.

To read guitar music should first understand the common terms, and the first in this example are the major chords. Major chords are the basic features. It is the chords underlying basic guitar. The major chords are composed of a series of notes of the chromatic scale (the largest scale C, D, E, F. ..) without alteration.

Then there are the minor chords. minor chords is also based on chords of the major scale but instead of the normal notes used in a chord, the note must be a second half step lower, so if the C chord consists of C, E and G notes, the chord will have a CD Cm # G and the note. Major and minor chords are the common chords used in a chord progression.
